Nugget is just a lap full of loving. He is very affectionate and intelligent, and is always ready for adventure with his human. Nugget likes to chase tennis balls, but he has not quite mastered the art of bringing them back. He is an expert at catching treats in mid-air. Leash training is ongoing, and progress has been made.
Nugget is very happy to share the your chair with you by either sitting next to you or perched on the back. He loves raw bones and raw chicken feet. He has learned his name remarkably well and comes when called. Nugget is very independent, but he knows where you are at all times! He will react when his foster home's dog barks, but it's doubtful that he would bark excessively.on his own. Nugget is a very well rounded dog, and it's obvious that he was very much loved in his previous owner's home.
Nugget is fostered in Ajijic, Mexico and can be adopted locally or in the United States or Canada.
